DEUTA-WERKE is pleased to donate 10,000 euro to the Bethanien children's village in Bergisch Gladbach-Refrath again this year.
The donation will support the Animal-Assisted Education project. On an animal farm, children learn how to interact with animals and take responsibility for them. At the same time, the children and young people often confide in the animals things they cannot share with people, and learn to love and protect nature. This project relies on donations, as it is not funded by youth welfare offices. Specifically, our donation helps cover the salary of the educator who works part-time at the children's village, as well as the costs for animal food, care, and veterinary expenses.
